full interor cleaning Price?
What does a full interior cleaning cost and why does it seem expensive?
Let’s break it down.
Below is a simple price guide based on vehicle size and condition
(If your interior has not been detailed in a long time or EVER and you’re looking to bring it back to life)
Small ( Honda Hatchback/ Miata)
-$320-$360
Medium ( Honda Civic/Range Rover)
-$380-$420
Large ( SUV/ Trucks)
-$400-$440
why does a full interior detail cost so much?
A full interior detail isn’t just a quick vacuum and wipe.
It’s a time-consuming process that requires skill, the right tools, and, most importantly….
ENOUGH TIME
Many underestimate what it takes to restore an interior, especially when dealing with years of spills, stains, pet hair, and dirt in hard-to-reach spots.
Because of the time and effort involved, it’s understandable that this level of detail comes at a higher price
but the results make it worth it.
inspection & assessment
Every job starts with a thorough check of the interior by looking at:
seat materials (cloth or leather)
floor mats (fabric or rubber), stains, odors
pet hair, and overall condition
This helps plan the best cleaning approach because no two cars are the same.
2. blowing out dust & debris
Compressed air is used to blast dust, dirt, and crumbs out of every crack and crevice under and between seats, inside vents, cup holders, and door panels.
This step alone takes time but is crucial for a deep clean.
3. deep vacuuming & fabric agitation
A full vacuum of carpets, seats, mats, and trunk follows.
For fabric surfaces, a drill brush is used to agitate and loosen deeply embedded dirt in the fibers.
This tool is essential because regular vacuuming alone can’t pull out all the grime trapped deep inside fabric seats, mats, and especially carpets.
pet hair & sand removal
Pet hair and sand are some of the hardest things to fully remove from a vehicle's interior.
They cling to carpet fibers and wedge deep into floor mats and upholstery.
We take extra time with specialized brushes, air tools, and rollers to lift out embedded hair and loosen packed-in sand that regular vacuums miss.
This part alone takes time but it’s worth it.
4. Steam Cleaning where needed
Steam is used specifically to break down grime that traditional cleaning can't handle.
It's especially effective on stubborn stains, sticky spots, and fabric that needs more than just soap and scrubbing.
It helps loosen up years of buildup so we can clean it properly.
5. tailor cleaning for materials
Fabric seats, carpets and fabrics mats are shampooed and extracted to pull dirt and stains from deep inside the fibers.
Rubber mats get scrubbed and rinsed to restore their condition.
Leather surfaces are gently cleaned and conditioned to keep them soft and prevent cracking.
No shortcuts — each surface gets the care it needs.
6. interior panel cleaning
Dashboards, door panels, cup holders, steering wheels, and consoles are cleaned by hand.
It’s brushing, steaming, and dressing to restore color and protect surfaces.
7. glass cleaning & final touch ups
All glass inside is cleaned and decontaminated for a streak-free finish.
No fog, no smudges—just clean visibility.
We go over the interior again to make sure every area is finished right.
Any missed spots get touched up before the job is complete.
No Rush Jobs. No Shortcuts.
Just Real Interior Restoration
A full interior detail takes at least 6 to 8 hours, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
For heavily soiled or “disaster” interiors, it can take up to 2 days!
No matter how skilled the detailer is this kind of thorough work cannot be rushed
Great results require the necessary time and attention to every detail.
Cutting corners just isn’t an option when aiming for real restoration and deep cleanliness.
